SACA — the audit advisory committee
SACA advises the Council on the effectiveness of the Organization’s audit structure — including the Pension Fund’s — and on mitigating identified risks. Its scope is auditing machinery: external audit, internal audit independence, financial statements, follow-up of recommendations. Cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery are not in its terms of reference — a common misattribution.
