The AARC framework

AARC gives research infrastructures a Blueprint Architecture (technical) and a Policy Development Kit (legal-operational): reusable templates so that every collaboration does not draft its own trust framework from zero. Its modular design separates stable high-level policies from adaptable operational procedures — the same instinct as OC5 and its subsidiary rules, applied across institutions.
