Data Protection Commission

The DPC monitors compliance with oc11, ensures the application of data subject rights, and evaluates and investigates complaints. It is CERN’s own answer to the supervisory authority that national data protection law would otherwise provide — the institutional consequence of being outside national jurisdiction.
