• The MTP is the instrument through which the Council approves the Organization’s strategy and budget over a rolling five-year period.
• It is where computing infrastructure is funded — including the construction of the Prévessin Computing Centre, needed to meet CERN’s obligations as Tier-0 of the WLCG.
